Once again we had a very satisfied customer. She wanted chocolate, and we delivered.

 This is one of our most popular cakes. It definitely makes any occasion extra special

  Our fruit tartlets have a crispy base, and is then filled with silky Pastry Cream, and topped with seasonal fruit. As you can see it was strawberry season, with a kiss of a blueberry here and there.  

Our Lemon meringue has a crispy pastry base. Having a soggy base is a big No-No. It is filled with a traditional lemon filling, which is a perfect balance of sweet and tart. Then finished off with beautifully piped Italian meringue swirls, which is then slight toasted.  Definitely a decadent bite. This is quite popular with our clients.
