Our delicious lemon meringues

Our Lemon meringue has a crispy pastry base. Having a soggy base is a big No-No. It is filled with a traditional lemon filling, which is a perfect balance of sweet and tart. Then finished off with beautifully piped Italian meringue swirls, which is then slight toasted. 

Definitely a decadent bite. This is quite popular with our clients.
